„1. The hotel is under reconstruction. This is not mentioned in hotels.com website! You really will be living on a construction site. 2. Here is no car park at the hotel due to reconstruction probably. The prepaid during booking car parking located approximately 2 km away. I must say the the shuttle system to the car parking is good and works immediately upon request at the hotel or at the parking bus stops.“

„If you're looking for a place somewhere between a hotel and a traditional Danish guesthouse, Refborg hits a pleasant middle ground. The room was surprisingly spacious and would comfortably accommodate two adults and two children. Everything felt clean, practical and well maintained. „The personnel were friendly and helpful and the hotel ewas surrounded by a beautifully manicured park. However the inside of the cupboards of the entry to our room needed cleaning. Apart from that a great stay.“

„Alles ok! Großes, sauberes Zimmer.“

„. Hello, I paid for three days at this hotel, but the room I stayed in didn't have a fridge, plus it was full of ants in the room. I am very unhappy with this hotel, you don't have access to the kitchen as it says in the description. I have pictures and videos from there, the boiler was dirty, the water cup was dirty. I'm sorry I can't post a video, but I will find a solution.“
