Absolutely no parties or events to be held at the property.
Quiet hours start at 10pm. Please keep any music and noise to a low respectable level, as we like our neighbors and want to respect their evening quiet time. If you are bringing a dog it must not exceed 20 lbs unless it is a service dog. Please note that emotional support dog`s, (ESA) are not considered a service animal and will require a a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Thank you!

Please note that a parking permit, a simple lease & registration is mandatory while staying at a Jupiter Bay property. We will send details upon booking. There are absolutely no trailers, RV`s, motorcycles or commercial vehicles permitted. If you are bringing a truck, please make sure it is not more than half of a ton. If you have questions before booking please reach out to us.

There is a key to the communal pool, please make sure to leave the key upon departure. Any lost keys will be a $20 fee to replace it.

A 3.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record.

Please note: A non-refundable pet fee applies to all reservations if you are bringing a dog weighing less than 20 lbs. Be sure to select the correct “Pet Fee” option when confirming your reservation.
