„Made a reservation through Hotel and management would not let me get a room. Claimed something was wrong with the payment (expired card). Mind you — I had a receipt that showed the room was paid for. When I asked buddy why was he trying to charge me again, he told me not to question him. Hotel tried calling over and over again and no one could get through. Never again will I book a room at this location.“

„The non-smoking room smelled terribly of smoke. There was mold on ceilings and bathtub was stained and soiled with a plunger sitting inside. We did not use it over 3 days. The Hannover the toilet leaked steady streams of water on and off. There was a shoe print on the ceiling? Beds were less comfortable than sofa beds and mattresses were stained. We slept on top of the linens and would not use. The outside smelled of weed and the pool was covered and non functional. Nothing like the pictures. ...

I got a room that had a joined room. Door which was super creepy and scary room's not being properly cleaned. TVS not working in one room or another. It's always been something I love this place. It's great, it's convenient. But as of lately, it has been falling off.“
