„My stay was good. But the breakfast u offered was terrible. the trays were always empty and we had to ask for everything we wanted even bread trays and no orange juice Who has a breakfast without OJ and just not good. “

„The staff bends over backwards to make sure you are happy. Weddy, David, Kaddy were standouts, and the day manager (forget her name) was very accommodating when a mixup over breakfast charges occurred. Quiet, clean, great location and cheaper than our usual Residence Inn - we’ll be back.“

„Overall, it is a clean modern facility and an enjoyable place to stay when I am in Columbus. The staff is competent, professional and pleasant to deal with. The few times I've had minor issues, they moved quickly to fix the problems. It's close to the mall for shopping and several nice restaurants, and it's right beside the interstate if you need to visit some other part of the city. I always choose Polaris rather than downtown when in Columbus.“
