„Das Personal war sehr freundlich, allerdings hat es im gesamten Hotel im ersten und zweiten Stock sehr unangenehm fast giftig gerochen. Wir waren dort für 10 Tage und sehr viel unterwegs und immer nur abends zurück, aber wir haben öfters drüber nachgedacht doch noch mal eine andere Unterkunft aufzusuchen. Und am 7 Tag hatten wir unfassbar laute Nachbarn genau über uns, wo das Personal uns sehr freundlicher Weise dann im Dritten Stock ganz weit weg umgezogen hat und dann in Ordnung war. Das ...

„The building doesn't have an elevator and the outside looks pretty sketchy. The first room we were given had a TV that didn't work, the staff was very kind and apologetic and quickly got us into another room. The breakfast was very disappointing both mornings of our stay. The good breakfast reviews were one of the reasons I chose this hotel but it was horribly stocked. What they "offered" was good but everything was gone by the time we got there and we were there an hour before breakfast ended ...

„This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.“

„Das Personal an der Reception war zwar freundlich, aber nicht hilfsbereit. Das Internet in diesem Hotel lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig: andauernd bricht die Verbindung ab und man muss sich wieder neu einloggen. Am Tag der Abreise vor 9.00 Uhr wurde uns der Zugang zum Internet abgestellt. Eine absolute Frechheit. Alles nicht Holiday Inn Standard. Schade.“
