There were eight of us in our group for a father-son golf at nearby Conklin and Endwell golf courses. The host was terrific with her communications and the house was perfect for our needs.

Perfect location for Binghamton University! Big bedrooms, big kitchen.
We enjoyed our stay


You’ll love the stunning, expansive kitchen and the inviting dining area, perfect for relaxation and gathering. The property also boasts two well-appointed shared bathrooms and a charming large front porch where you can unwind at your leisure. It also features a large backyard.

Enjoy the convenience of free WiFi throughout the home. Within a quick 5-10 minute drive, you’ll find a variety of fantastic restaurants and taverns, including Town Diner, Craft, Dos Rios, Tully`s, and the Pour House, all favorites of mine.

For leisurely activities, a beautiful golf course is just 10 minutes away, and the exciting Tioga Downs Casino is only a short 25-minute drive. You`ll also have easy access to vibrant neighboring towns such as Owego, Binghamton, Endicott, and Vestal, making this central location a perfect hub. Plus, Syracuse is just about a 60-minute drive. This home is conveniently located only one turn away from Route 17 access.

This Johnson City location makes it easy to get around the Binghamton area, with convenient access to Binghamton University, UHS/Guthrie hospitals, downtown Binghamton, Main Street, Vestal, Endwell, and Endicott. Restaurants, shops, and everyday conveniences are nearby, with several Main Street destinations within walking distance.

The private driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles under normal conditions. During snow events, driveway parking is limited to 2 vehicles to allow adequate space for snow removal.

Additional street parking may be available, but guests are responsible for following all Village of Johnson City parking regulations, posted restrictions, and seasonal/snow-emergency parking rules.

To keep things cozy and secure, only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight or visit.

** Supplies**
We’ll set you up with toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. If you need more during your stay, just restock as needed.

**Noise & Neighborhood Courtesy**
We truly appreciate your mindfulness of our wonderful neighbors. Excessive noise may result in a $150 fee.

For disturbances during quiet hours (10 pm–7 am) or situations involving law enforcement, the fee is $500 and the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

** Keeping Things Tidy**
Please keep the space neat and tidy and clean up after yourselves so everyone can enjoy a pleasant environment.

Seasonal Window A/C Policy

Window air-conditioning units are provided seasonally due to the Northeast climate. A/C units will be installed by June 15, or earlier if sustained warm weather warrants, and are typically removed around September 15.

Please note that brief or isolated warm spells outside of the normal cooling season do not trigger early installation or extended availability of the window A/C units.

Installation and removal dates may vary slightly based on seasonal weather conditions.

Check-out is at 10 am. Before you head out, please leave the unit tidy:
