„The property is wonderful. The view from the pool area is amazing with views of the entire coastline! We loved that all of the bedrooms opened out to the pool area and had views of the ocean! It was very convenient to the inn of Rancho Santana, the turtle sanctuary, and monkey sitings. We were there with our family, 8 yo 10 people, and it was perfect! Would absolutely stay here again.“

„The place was beautiful and in the right location to over see the entire Bay Area. The reason for a few 4/5 stars is that the upstairs unit was flooding water into our unit. It was pouring a lot onto our kitchen area. “

„Our group of eight ranged in age from 8 to 75. We all enjoyed the house and the location and the surrounding area. The maid was a lovely lady, and the guards were diligent and made us feel secure. The manager was easy to reach on WhatsApp and he greeted us upon our arrival. The house is well appointed with everything that we needed. San Juan Del Sur is a lovely place to visit. And the weather was perfect. “

„One of the most amazing places I’ve stayed and the perfect setting for our group. Manuel and his family were super helpful whenever we needed Theo assistance on the property. Communication was excellent during and leading up to our stay. I would absolutely stay here again. The roads to get there were a bit tricky, so make sure you have clear directions, especially if you’re arriving at night. For us, this was all just part of an epic adventure! Only good things to say about this place.“

„Property was great. I would recommend not having cleaning people daily. It is not necessary and kind of uncomfortable. “

„We stayed at the Villa for a week and it is even more beautiful in person than on the pictures. The staff were very helpful. We had request a cook for the week and it was really a blessing to have her. The villa is well divided to host a groupe while making sure everyone as is privacy. I strongly recommend!“

„This is one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed at. The property has a spectacular view no matter what room you’re in and the outdoor spaces are great. We utilized the upper covered porch every morning and evening while using the pool area all afternoon. We enjoyed the property so much we found it difficult to leave the view we had and do sight seeing. We were able to spot whale spouts almost every day looking out at the water. „James was great with helping us set up everything for the trip. He arranged shuttles for two different groups from two different airports, and he also helped us arrange our golf cart rental. There were seven of us staying in the house, and we all paid for the full catering option.
