„I had a nice time staying in Khamsum inn . I wish I cound give them excellent rating. They need to work little more on that. Next time , I will ask for the room one above. Little away from noise and for a better view. Service staffs are wonderful , Like Drupchu , Purnima and others. Kitchen needs to be more professional. When I come back to Thimphu I know where to stay. Best of luck for Khamsum Inn .“

„unique is in heart of the city. and disappointing is that unreasonable charge for breakfast and laundry. sometimes, if the guest number are less, they take the buffet charge but the service they provide as alakart. every time u have to ask for food as if u become tired off asking. weardrob having bad smell, the comode they provide it shakes. it's a bad experienced in this hotel.“

„We only stayed for one night, the lodge was newly renovated, very beautiful, but the facilities were incomplete. The room was cold and no hairdryer, but the manager told me that they were working on it. The manager from India was excellent, so was the staff. She woke up early to bid farewell and helped me with luggage, which I appreciated. “
