Arriving at the check in counter we were ignored. Nobody said hello. Nobody even smiled. Although there were 3(!) receptionists standing at the counter. I literally had to beg for their attention!
Hotel room had a filthy, stained carpet and a moldy smell. Thank god, the sheets were clean and white!
Travelling with my 3 kids (aged 5, 8 and 10), I booked this hotel because of the water slides. But the slides could only be used at certain times... e.g. 11-12, 3-4, ... overall three times a day for one hour.... locker room and the showers of the swimming area: yuck!
Over all a very disappointing experience since the pictures on the website looked so promising.
This hotel really needs a remodelling! But even more important a major staff training!!!
NEVER AGAIN!
