„I had a water leak in the bathroom it was cared for it greatly, special thanks to Antonio (i hope i got the name right) I was slightly freaking out, out of fear and he was very patient, calming me down and helping me to get to another room. The Rooms as well everything else was very clean and the harbor is just beautiful, i would come back every time again.“

„The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!“

„We've stayed at Ulysses several times over the years. For the first time we experienced a room without central AC. Our room had a small window unit that was not nearly adequate to keep the room cool during the 100º weather. Sleep was difficult. In the future, in the heat of the summer, I may plan to stay elsewhere.“

„First there is no parking they have valet parking but it costs me 120 dollars for two nights. Second my room was not ready they told me to wait 15 minutes. At 4:00 pm. They give me my room at 6:30 pm. Luckily I have my daughter on another room that we could wait if not I would just go crazy. I don’t like to wait. They didn’t offer anything and no apology’s at all. „Awesome property“

„I would rate this hotel 6/10. The room is very nice! The gym is okay. The front desk was helpful with all my issues/concerns. The housekeeping is the issue- the first day we left around 7am.. came back to our room around 1pm and the room wasn’t cleaned; we had to call to get it cleaned. The second day- the room trash wasn’t removed, they didn’t sweep or mop the floors. I travel often- this was something new for me. Again nice hotel, staff and room. I am big on cleanliness“

We were looking for a unique or upscale hotel stay, but the property felt more like a budget short-term rental.
