There are so many beds and private spaces that everyone had plenty of room while we were there. And while the inside of the house is great, the back along the lake was truly exceptional. „This rental was decorated well and in beautiful condition. The owners live on-site in a gorgeous home. The beautiful view and pool are added features of this rental.. Everything I needed was there along with a gas grill to barbecue on.I am handicapped and didn't realize there was no close parking and there were stairs to go down to get to the home away from home but the owner helped me both times to carry in and out what I needed.“

„Booked for the weekend over a year ago for URI graduation weekend. Check in process was simple, the house & location was perfect for us, the drive to URI was fairly short, and we were away from the crowd of Kingston. Our family was happy with the house, the downtown area and the closeness to the beach.We had a small hiccup with the kitchen, and Michael was quick to response and resolved the issue. We would book this house again, since we did not get to see the entire area due to graduation ...

„The listing states a 1 bedroom, don’t be confused thinking there is a room with a door and then another room, as it’s just a single room with a bed. There was one gentleman that was very blunt and rude with his words. I unfortunately dealt with him prior to my visit, via phone, and once I got there. "Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt leider aufgrund einer Planänderung nicht antreten. Daher hatten wir sowohl über Expedia als auch beim Hotel eine Kulanzanfrage für eine Erstattung gestellt. Weder von Expedia noch vom Hotel haben wir je eine Antwort erhalten. Stattdessen sollen wir ein Hotel bewerten, in dem wir nie übernachtet haben. Sowohl von Expedia als auch vom Hotel sehr unprofessionell!"

"Zum Motel gehört ein indisches Restaurant, das Essen war hervorragend und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider verbreitet sich der Currygeruch im ganzen Haus, bzw. bis in die Zimmer. Das Motel war mehrheitlich leer und in die Jahre gekommen. Betten ok, Zimmer mit altem Teppich. Kaffee konnte man jederzeit auf dem Flur kostenlos beziehen, war jedoch sehr dünn und geschmacklos."
