„My granddaughter and great-grandchildren had a wonderful time at the Bear Lake Lodge. Glasgo Pond is a wonderful swimming lake, so the access across the street was perfect. Lots of games for the kids, nicely updated decor, and easy access from major highways made this a great week!“

„Our occasional get together of old college friends was perfectly suited to this location - ample bedrooms / bathrooms, large kitchen, dining and living room. Nice central location for friends coming in from NJ, NH, MA and CT. Property was clean and well-kept, and a person shoveled the snow before we even got outside the next morning. Thanks again, Dan.“

„Could not have dreamt of a better stay! Pauline’s property is so beautiful and relaxing, and the weekend access to the fabulous White Gate Farmstand makes for a delicious and convenient setup. „The real draw for us was the proximity to Foxwoods and the fenced in yard for my son to run and play. We were pleased to find the house just as described: a bit rustic but charming and with plenty of space for us to spread out. The hosts were communicative and helpful. „Jenny,Chris, and their son were super friendly and communicative. I really enjoyed my stay. Jenny allowed me to check in early and add an extra night. The boat was spacious and comfortable for two people. The only critic is the boat could use some detailing (this is coming from my boat detailing Boyfriend). „To start we were given the wrong keys so we had to wait to check in for the owner to show up. We get in the apartment, and everything is old. Worn. Mismatched. There was a smell of mold especially in the bathroom. Keys don’t work right in the door; you have to jiggle and play and even then my daughter couldn’t get it to work.
