„Verry quiet“

„Property is certainly not 3-4 star as advertised. A LOT of work is needed to get to that point especially in terms of bathrooms (there was mold in bathrooms, floors uneven, shower area was horrible) and cleanliness. Limited amenities. Food was good and cultural activities were well arranged. Overall un- satisfactory stay!“

„Visted mount abu property on 02 Nov 24 with family. The stay was plesant in overall. However property correct contact number not provided in itinary, resulted in unsecure booking till arrival. On arrival also booking was not showing in prporty recieption. It was quite bad when you reach to prpoperty for stay. Staff Mr. Vishal given us full sopport and provided a room as booked. Staff co-operative. Property renovated and exterior still on progress. Interior quite good. Like the satff and ...

„Stay and food was too very good“

„NEVER NEVER will stay here.. And don't be fooled by their pictures, most unfriendly staff that didn't want to make any efforts... parking is on the narrow road with good amount of traffic and at your risk !!! Only the Guard made efforts. Overly priced RIP OFF“

„When checked in the room phone was damaged not working, kettle was broken.we get replaced both, In the morning toilet flush not working they forget to switch on water tank, water is not coming from shower head. On the end ask for breakfast they made it fresh, tasty. Thank you “

„チェックインの際、ネットからの予約に慣れていないと思いました。 レセプションがどこかに電話して確認してました。 それから部屋に案内してもらいましたが男二人でダブルの部屋… 2部屋予約した！と強く主張して2部屋用意してもらいました。 スタッフはフレンドリーだと思います。 地域としてはまあまあキレイで涼しい事もあり虫もいなく快適でした。 釣りをするための前泊で夜に到着、夕食、就寝でしたのでホテルのすべてが判った訳ではないですが、目的のためビジネスホテル的な宿泊でしたらなんの問題も無いと思います。“

„Pictures are very deceiving ..this property sould be 1 star or less..very poorly maintained ..water leaking on bathroom floor ...location middle of nowhere..very dirty towel and bed linens ..blankets had all kind of stains on it ..had to ask for toilet tissue 3times finally brought paper napkins as they ran out of the toilet tissue ...property desperately in need of renovation many other good hotelsin mt abu better choice“
