„If you request the Falconieri room for 2 beds, check beforehand to be sure there are sheets and a blanket for the couch bed. All i had was a pillow. I didn't realize that til we got back from the opera after midnight & it was too late to bother the staff. “

„L'Hotel ti colpisce subito come struttura per l'eleganza, con il personale tutto che per gentilezza, professionalità e disponibilità sembra idoneo piuttosto a un 5 stelle.
