„Spotless! Incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything for the kitchen,dining,bathroom and otherwise. Gorgeous finishes and layout, bedding was so comfy I’m buying the same for my house! Ed was so quick and easy to communicate with and very accommodating with answers to questions ( though we didn’t need anything bc it’s so well stocked.) loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings, great place to walk/run and the BEST part is there are 2 easy beach access points around 50 yds away! ...

„We absolutely loved our stay in this VRBO. Michelle was very responsive and so nice! The property was stunning, so clean and extremely comfortable! It was also very convenient as we were right next door to the wedding venue making it so easy for us for not only the rehearsal activities but day of wedding. „My husband and I went for a weekend and could not have enjoyed our stay more. Getting to and from the boat by the water taxi was super easy and a nice way to get around. Danielle met us on the boat to show us the ropes. Took about 10 min to get downtown by the water taxi- was nice not to worry about parking downtown! We spent our nights relaxing on the boat enjoying the beautiful views. We definitely plan on returning again!“

„Great home - beds are super comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful“

„This home is well cared for. We felt very comfortable and rested for nephews wedding on Goat Island. Some of the guests in this house spent time shopping on Thames St. Others went to a Brewery and on our way out of town we stopped at Oyster Fest- this was a great location- My only complaint is that there were only 4 coffee cups but 6 guests, we had to take turns😊“

„Our family of five stayed for a long weekend. This was in a quiet neighborhood across the street from a path that led to the beach. The home was large and welcoming. Large kitchen perfect for cooking a couple meals a day. Great food in the area. Short drive to Newport for activities with the kids. Would highly recommend for those traveling to the area.“

„The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a couple of friends or family members for a weekend getaway. The location was further than anticipated. Parking was not easily accessible. We had to park several blocks away and had to make sure not to park in a “residents only” space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.“

„Cute place near the southern part of the Cliff Walk. It is a mile or so from the wharf and restaurants & we did lots of walking, but if you aren't up for lots of walking, then you need a car, or can do lyft. The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, or to cook/reheat food. The bedroom and bath are up stairs, which was fine with us. „We spent pleasant relaxing days in the cottage which is well furnished and decorated. The house is light, clean and located in a very peaceful area. Unfortunately we could not use the large and beautiful terrace because of bad and rainy weather. Nearby at the beginning of Narragansett are a few shops and a supermarket where you can buy whatever you need. We loved the location and enyoyed it. We can recommend this holiday cottage.“

The fact that they are all re done makes it nice but if that was not the case I would not care for this hotel.
