Jersey City’s historic downtown is brimming with charm, from its cobblestone streets to its eclectic mix of cafes, boutiques, and restaurants. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, bars, and shops within a few blocks from the apartment! Newark Ave, a pedestrian-only walking street, is filled with restaurants, bars, and shops. 3 blocks away is Van Vorst Park, with lawns, playgrounds, a gazebo, and the occasional farmers market. Liberty State Park, with its breathtaking views of the Statue of Liberty and NYC skyline, is also nearby.
The Grove St PATH Station for the train into NYC is about a 15 minute walk through cute residential streets.
Guests have full, private access to the bottom floor duplex apartment in the home as well as the private backyard. There are a couple stairs down to the entrance of the apartment and a set of stairs inside the apartment to get up to the bedrooms.

-Bedrooms: Two spacious bedrooms, each with its own full en-suite bathroom and queen bed, ensure privacy and convenience for everyone in your group. The rooms are furnished with plush beds, soft linens, and plenty of storage space. Both bedrooms are at the top of a set of stairs.
-Living Room: Relax on the comfy couch after a day of sightseeing or enjoy movie nights on the flat-screen TV. The bright and airy living space is ideal for unwinding and spending quality time together. The couch folds out into a queen sized bed.

Public transportation to NYC and Newark Airport via the PATH train. The train is a 7 minute ride to the World Trade Center in Manhattan. Easy access by PATH train to Newark Airport and a 20 minute Uber or Lyft ride.

Parking is not included, but there are a few parking options. I like Columbus Garage LLC, 66 Christopher Columbus Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07302. I believe it’s $28 a day. It’s right next to the Grove Street Path into NYC.
Street parking is for residents only on weekdays, meaning there is a two hour limit on parking Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Nights and weekends you can park on the street.
