HOUSE RULES

To help us provide every guest with a clean, comfortable, and high-quality stay, please review and follow the house rules below.

NO Smoking, Drugs, or Vaping
Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs are NOT ALLOWED inside or outside the property. A $1,000 fee will be charged if evidence is found.

NO Parties or Events
Parties, events, loud music, and gatherings are NOT allowed
Quiet Hours 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Any complaints from neighbors, excessive noise, or evidence of an unauthorized gathering may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund, removal from the property, and a $1,000 fee.

Respect the Property
Guests are responsible for keeping the home and furnishings in good condition. Missing or damaged items will be charged at 2× the replacement cost, including stained towels and linens.

Lost or damaged TV remote will incur a $200 replacement fee.

NO Extra or Overnight Guests
Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. **NO VISITORS** unless approved before booking. Children count toward the guest total.

Unauthorized guests will result in a $200 fee per person, per night and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation immediately.

NO Pets
Pets are NOT allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a fee equal to double the cleaning fee, plus any additional damages.

NO Mail or Package Deliveries
Please do NOT have mail or packages shipped to the property. We recommend using a local UPS Store, FedEx Office, or Amazon Locker instead.

Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM

Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $200 fee, plus any additional costs caused by the delay.

Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is not provided.

For stays over 30 days, additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Parking & Violations
Guests are responsible for any parking tickets, towing fees, or other violations incurred during their stay.

Liability
The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, death, loss of personal belongings, or valuables during your stay.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with their stay and are responsible for the actions of anyone they invite onto the property.

GOOD TO KNOW

TVs are streaming-only. Cable service is not provided.

Electronics (TV, Wi-Fi equipment, remotes, and cable boxes) must remain in their original locations.

No early check-in or luggage storage.
(Only available upon request and subject to availability.)

PROPERTY DISCLOSURES
• Security camera is located OUTSIDE the property only.
• Camera records video when motion is detected.
• No audio is recorded.
• Camera operates 24/7 for property security and to verify compliance with house rules.

BOOKING AGREEMENT
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with all house rules and property disclosures.

Guests who violate these rules are responsible for any resulting damages, fees, penalties, additional cleaning costs, or expenses incurred by the property.
