The Space:

Brand new to the vacation rental market! This completely renovated modern 3 bed 2 bath home is just 2 blocks from direct beach access.  You can walk to the beach or take a quick 2 minute car ride and be right in the beach parking lot.



Any stays less than 21 days from April 1st to August 31st also get a free nightly beach credit you can use towards bikes, beach chairs, cornhole, paddleboards and many other beach items!



A 2-3 minute bike ride or drive also gets you to some of the best restaurants Jekyll Island offers. You are close to the Jekyll Island convention center and all the cute boutiques and shops!



Summer Waves waterpark is open Memorial Day through Labor Day and is a 5 minute drive from the home.



Hopefully most of your time is spent outside but if you decide to spend the day at the home resting, you have plenty of items to keep you entertained. There are smart TVs throughout the home and main living area where you can stream your favorite shows. There are also some board games for your use.



The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and there is a Keurig available for your morning coffee.



The backyard is fully fenced in and includes a fire pit and a propane grill. There is a 2 car garage for you to store your vehicle in or just to park the golf cart you can rent from many of the local rental shops.



We also offer a free pool pass to enjoy the pool at the Holiday Inn. You also have access to fitness amenities at Holiday Inn such as water aerobics, yoga, etc.



Please note Jekyll Island is a state park and as part of conservation, there is a $10 per day parking fee collected at the time you enter the island. You can pay by cash or credit card.



If your stay is 3-21 nights long, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night.



Please note the following:

Pack N Play (or portable crib), high chairs, playpens and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Guest Access:

The home is easily accessible from a smart lock on the front door.



The Neighborhood:

This is a quiet neighborhood 2 blocks from beach access. We recommend a bike, car or golf cart for getting to the shops and restaurants.



Getting Around:

There are lots of bike paths you can utilize for biking, walking or jogging. Golf carts are allowed on the island and can be used on the roads.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
