„Cabin was in such a private location but with all the amenities you could want. The county road to the cabin is pretty primitive but totally worth it. Kayaks were a great perk and fishing from the dock was fun, even if we didn't catch anything. Kitchen was well appointed and the bathrooms were large and super clean. „Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. “

„This was our second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first time! Very sweet, cozy, peaceful place. The ring toss game on the porch was a nice touch! Zach communicates very well and the check-in process is a breeze. Providing body wash, shampoo, conditioner, coffee and creamer, snacks, and a couple of bottles of water is so nice! We hope to come back to Jefferson soon and will definitely stay there again!“

„This home was a beautiful historical home nestled in the heart of downtown Jefferson. There are plenty of bedrooms for family and friends. „I visited for a few days to get some peace and quiet away from Houston. I brought my 74yr old mother with me because she loves to fish and doesn’t have much opportunity anymore. We both had a wonderful stay. I loved drinking coffee on the screened porch while listening to the birds and frogs and looking at the beautiful waterway. My mother caught over 30 fish including bream, crappie, and catfish. It was everything I had hoped it would be.“
