With views across the hills, and a superb pool terrace with a pleasant outdoor shaded dining area, this is an ideal base to explore the popular Javea resort. Perfect for couples or small groups, you'll find plenty of amenities within a 15 minute stroll from the villa. Restaurants, the beautiful El Arenal Beach, plus local attractions are all reachable within a 10 minute drive. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Javea de Monte area is ideal for long walks in the national park of Granadella, an area surrounded by pine trees. There are local restaurants within walking distance, while the Arenal promenade is a 5 minute drive and the lively Old Town a 10 minute drive away. Both offer an excellent selection of eateries to choose from, including a Michelin star restaurant. In the Old Town, you can enjoy exploring the authentic streets and white washed houses. The villa is also ideally located to enjoy many of the fantastic local beaches, such as Arenal Beach. Our villas Aneto and Valeta are nearby.
