Casa Juana is a modern, luxury 6 bedroom villa, totally refurbished to an extremely high standard in summer 2019. This superb south facing villa is located on the famous Montgo mountain, with spectacular views and only a short distance from Javea's old town, port and Arenal beach. 



The villa sleeps 12 adults and can accomodate a further 2 children under 3 years old in cots provided.



Situated in extensive landscaped gardens, a child friendly grassed area, on a completely flat plot with good wheelchair access. The villa benefits from a 12m x 6m heated swimming pool (only available October to May at additional charge) with easy access Roman steps leading into good size shallow area where the whole family can enjoy the pool and a fabulous deeper area for the adults. The villa has outdoor entertainment where table tennis is provided, with plenty of sun beds and parasols around the pool terraces. The summer kitchen and dining area adjacent to the pool is equipped to an incredibly high standard with fridge freezer, giant "Broil King" gas BBQ and hobs. There is a smaller breakfast bar and dining for 12 by the poolside. You can also take advantage of the  covered naya (terrace) with a large dining table and lounge seating which overlooks the pool allowing you to watch the kids in the pool while enjoying some shade. You also have uninterrupted views to the garden. All dining and seating areas can accommodate up to12 guests.



On the ground floor you will find a superb open plan fully fitted modern kitchen with the latest hi tech appliances, 2 fridge freezers, breakfast bar and island, laundry room and pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is the grand dining area with patio doors leading out onto the covered naya and then to the gardens and pool. A Large lounge area with extensive sofas and plenty seating with patio doors again leading to the outside terraces and pool The living room boasts a 55 " smart TV and a full international set of TV channels and sports as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime facilities. Also on this level there are four spacious bright double bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms, one family bathroom and a further guest toilet. Three of the bedrooms benefit from patio doors leading directly to the garden and terraces. The master bedroom is luxurious, modern and extremely large and also benefits from a large walk in dressing area, double sized en-suite bathroom, complete with large bath and a separate walk in shower. This master suite needs to be seen to be believed.



On the first floor there are two double en-suite bedrooms, both with patio doors opening on to the south facing balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The first floor master bedroom benefits from a private balcony and views towards the Montgo mountain.



The lower ground floor has a cinema room with large smart TV and full international TV package, comfortable lounge seats and a drinks fridge. Also on this level is the games room with a full size pool table and dart board.



This fantastic villa was extensively reformed in 2019, everything in the villa is modern, luxurious and state of the art and provides the opportunity for a superb luxury family holiday.



This villa is strictly no smoking and pets are not allowed.



Linen and bath / hand towels / pool towels are provided free of charge.



Villa will be cleaned only between lets, however a full linen and towel changeover will be done weekly on request at additional cost.



Golf: Within 10 minutes drive of the villa is La Sella Golf Club. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is near the village of Jesús Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres for 18 holes. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include : driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool.



Jávea golf club, between Moraira and Jávea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and measures 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include : driving range, putting green, club bar and restaurant..



Within a 30 minute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, is par 72 and measures 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.

Other areas to explore:



Jávea is made up of three areas.



1/ The Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians.



2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade.



3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning.



10k from Jávea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants.



The resort of Benidorm is only a 40 minute drive away and close by is Terra Mítica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.



Jávea Town: Jávea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Jávea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year.



Jávea old town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets, you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.



La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a 20 minute drive from the villa. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away. Also close by is the idyllic bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Jávea’s postcards.



Denia and Oliva to the north of Javea have some of the most spectacular long uninterrupted beaches with golden sand and even in the height of summer plenty of open space. Just outside Denia at Ondara there is the large, late night shopping centre of La Marina with boutique stores and a multi screen cinema for the kids

Three generations

Property was superb and within easy driving distance of both Alicante or Valencia. Plenty of towels and bedding, all good condition. Kitchen was really well supplied with several fridges/freezers available. Pool was wonderful and larger than usual with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The one thing that would benefit the property would be air conditioning in the games and cinema rooms, although the host did supply fans very quickly. All in all a highly recommended property for multi-generational families.

Peaceful luxury sanctuary

This modern villa has been designed with great care for easy luxury living with comfortable beds and spacious efficient bathrooms, a well-equipped and organized kitchen, and extremely comfortable outdoor spaces highlighting the lovely mountain views and providing ample shady spots from which to oversee children enjoying the large pool. Reliable wifi and modern electronics provide all necessary work and evening entertainment facilities alongside the games, table tennis, darts and pool table. The hosts were quick to respond to any queries we had and helpful when we realized that the pool towels had not been replaced. The cleaners were lovely people and very efficient. We have been renting in the Javea area annually for over 30 years and this is one of the most well thought out villas we have been lucky enough to find. We certainly hope to return.

Luxury villa, perfect for family getaways

This a beautiful villa with everything needed for a wonderful family holiday. Every bedroom is well proportioned and tastefully decorated in a modern style and each air-conditioned. The kitchen is very large, modern and extremely well equipped. Everything is there to cook for 12 plus people. We found the Nespresso coffee machine and juicer very useful. The welcome pack on arrival was really helpful for our arrival, ensuring we could relax straight away without worrying about having to rush to the local supermarket for supplies. With three large dining areas it was great to be able to change where to eat, along with the outside kitchen and BBQ offering lots of entertaining space for families. With the large lounge and veranda areas there is plenty of room for everyone to spread as well as spend time together. The additional tv and games rooms provide further places to entertain and have fun. The pool area is fantastic with enough loungers for everyone, the pool is heated so it is always a perfect temperature with good water levels suitable for both young and old. The outdoor kitchen and shower room mean you can spend all day and night by the pool. Set in a private location with great views and just a short drive from the local town with good restaurants, shops, bars and the beach, the villa is well situated. Overall the villa is an amazing place to spend a family holiday with oodles of room and luxury facilities. We would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect cannot fault

Spent 1 week here in June, Villa was exactly as photos but better. Attention to detail 10/10, everything has been thought of to make your stay extremely comfortable, wish we had longer. You could not wish for better location with spectacular views, piece and quiet and also great privacy. Main Town only 5 min drive and beach another 10 min Simply cannot praise this place enough.

We were absolutely delighted with this lovely villa, a great location near to the port, old town and the Arenal - perfect. It has been refurbished to a very modern high standard, and all the little details have been thought of and covered. The welcome pack was great with everything in the house being of a very high standard. We'll definitely be back soon.
