It needs help. It’s in such poor shape even the elevator didn’t work one day for sometime it just needs to be updated from the AC system to the carpeting in the hallways. „Beautiful property with amazing views! Communication with the host was great, quick responses and available upon need. Self check-in was very easy & convenient. Strong WiFi, plenty of space for the family, and private peaceful location. Roads to the home are not yet paved, but totally worth the off-pavement adventure. Tons of wildlife and beautiful views! Highly recommend for camp-like experience in a beautiful mountainous home!“

Bed cover was frayed at edges, towels were thin and we were given only 2 towels for a 2 night stay, batteries in the TV remote were not working, heater knob for bath heat lamp was broken and heat light could not be turned on. also, they had a sound machine which is intended to play soothing music. again, no batteries and not in working condition.
