„Absolutely beautiful cabin set in the middle of an apricot orchard with wood burning stoves in each room and heaters in the beds. The service was fantastic and the food was great. We're going back. “

„Stayed at The Kargil in late March. Great property. Well done & clean rooms. Very welcoming & helpful staff. Daniel, the manager at the hotel, was also super-helpful in accomodating some last minute changes in our itinerary. The hotel is an oasis amid the hustle and bustle of Kargil and great base to explore surrounding areas of Drass and Suru valley. Highly recommended hotel if you are staying in this region“

„The food was fantastic. Zagmo and the kitchen staff turned out excellent food. The India food was much better than any Indian Restaurant we know on Vancouver Island, and the kitchen staff was able to make excellent Western style breakfasts when we wanted them. All of the staff were great, from the front desk to the porters. Even if I were to stay in a less expensive hotel in Hunder, I would definitely come to this hotel just for the meals!“
