„Wasnt told gas bottle for bbq was empty and had to fill myself and get reimbursed which i didnt refill used my own gas....bbq wasnt properly cleaned...previous guest medication from February 2024 still infridge...overall clenliness was ok“

„The place was excellent with plenty of open kitchen & dining space as well as more private spots to read a book or chill out. In terms of location its absolutely perfect. The house is barely 2 minutes walk from the beach and fronts onto a walking trail leading to a local reserve. There's an outdoor shower which is great for containing the beach mess if you have a large group. Black Point is great for paddleboarding and was only 30 min drive from Watsacowie Brewery in Minlaton. The only downside ...

„Renovated part of the house is lovely and lower part would benefit from renovation as well.There is 6 bedrooms which is great only thing we have found that we needed more sitting space in living room , not enough couch space for all of us. Also find table upstairs could not accommodate 10 off us plus 2 kids. Otherwise we would recommend this property to others.Dan is very responsive as a host .“
