„Excellent location. Very safe feel to the whole property. Loved how close it was to the beach. Felt very comfortable letting kids run and play. Very roomy for a family of seven. Loved that all rooms had their own bathroom with two of three bedrooms opening to the balcony overlooking the ocean. Only thing that could make it better is if the pool was heated and they added a hot tub somewhere on the property. But we would definitely stay again. LOVE LOVE LOVE the location“

The kitchen was well equipped and we also liked the offer of beach chairs etc. We did not expect it being so close to the street, but it was quite and everything was ok. „We had a wonderful week on Folly. We’ve been coming to Folly Beach for over 15 years. The weather was perfect, was able to do some inshore fishing. We stayed at Charleston Oceanfront Villas. The accommodations were great, stocked with towels, wash cloths, toilet paper and even some toiletries as well as dish detergent and detergent for the dish washer. The property was very clean. This property was very well taken care of, the linens and towels smelled fresh and clean, furniture was clean, decor was cute! Jerry was a wonderful and very communicative host. „this property is honestly very underrated from the pictures. The pictures do not do it justice how amazing the view is, and how clean everything is inside. „Our family typically rents a house on IOP for a week but this year only two of us were going. We searched for a while and found this space. It was perfect for two people. Great location, comfortable bed, good AC, and quiet. Was worried we’d have loud neighbors but that wasn’t the case at all. The only thing I would caution folks on, is that we had large suitcases that wouldn’t fit in the small closets so we had to sit them on the bunk beds that we weren’t utilizing.
