„Our family (two parents, two boys - 6 and 8) had a great stay. The house is right off King but the neighborhood itself is just as charming. There was good space for the kids and the bathrooms and beds were well maintained. I would recommend they update the key lock box in the future to make check-in/checkout easier and add a bit more security to a stay. We would definitely stay here again. “

„The location is a bit off the beaten path but very direct to get into downtown Charleston or Park Circle. The unit is cute, comfortable, has everything you need for a couple or small family. It's about the size of a large hotel suite. Nice selection of kitchen tools, some basic spices, coffee maker and coffee beans. Host was very responsive and helpful.“

„We had an amazing stay at the Swell Cottage. Everything was better than advertised. The location was perfect - just steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. There was plenty of space for our family of 7. The beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, boards, toys, mats, cooler etc.) made our beach vacation seamless. „We loved staying at this lovely vacation rental. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was so easy to walk everywhere! Parking was easy too. The home is old so the layout is quirky and it was fine for just the two of us. It was a little loud but we turned on the bathroom fan to sleep and we were fine. More than we needed but perfect for our 3 nights in town. Would stay there again:) Communication from our host was fabulous. Thanks for a great stay!“

„This charming home was perfect for our 4 couples to stay in. We were in town for a wedding and it was incredibly spacious and accommodating for our needs. „The beach house is very well maintained and appointed, with a well equipped kitchen and attention to detail in every piece of the decor. The deck is large and invites you to lounge and eat al fresco, unless you are drawn to the beach which is only a couple steps away. We had an amazing time as a family. We can’t wait to come back!“
