„The place was really comfortable. Everything was exactly as described. It was very clean when we arrived. The air conditioners, kitchen equipment, and tv’s all worked perfectly. There was even a small fenced in area for the dogs to play and do their business. “

„We had an outstanding stay at Jonathan‘s house in the Charleston area. Super spot to reach Charleston downtown and Folly Beach. The house is pretty and perfectly suited for a whole family. Jonathan is a superb host (thanks for the beer and popcorn;-)) and has build a nice outdoor shower which is highly recommended.“

„The location was perfect for our visit and the house is beautiful with a great view of the marsh. We had a slight problem with the hot water and the owner was very communicative in working to fix the issue. We would love to stay at the property again on future visits to the area.
