„Kit's little getaway was perfect for our family of 4. The rooms were quiet and we never heard either street noise or people in the adjacent unit. The kitchen was well-appointed although we mostly dined around town. The countertop ice machine was a nice bonus! Our communication was easy and quick, parking was easy and generous, and we regret not having time to enjoy the outdoor sitting area in the yard.“

„This host is extraordinary, Jamiee is awesome! The host prepared all the daily necessities for us, the shower was big and hot, it was so comfortable, better than a five-star hotel. As a travel expert, this is the first time I have encountered such meticulous and thoughtful service. „Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. “

„My husband stayed here while we visited Charleston for the first time. The neighborhood and the property were lovely. We loved the pool and the outdoor kitchen was perfect for us. The hosts Jeanne and Chuck were great, checked in with us but weren’t intrusive. They recommended an amazing local restaurant and made us feel very welcome. “

„We had the perfect stay! It was a great space for three girls on spring break. The company stocked up the house which we really appreciated! Any questions we had were answered asap. It was in the perfect area. We also met the owner because he had to touch up the paint job and he was really sweet!“

„The location of this house can’t be beat! 2 min walk to downtown Folly. 2 min walk to the beach. Parking space right at the house so you don’t need to drive around looking for a spot. Coffee shop right at the end of the street. The house was clean and relaxing. Would totally go back. We had the best time. “
