„I upgraded room to two queen literally with unknown fact about 3rd person. Last minute a third person joined, this room is for 4 ppl stay, we were still charged for third person which terrible as management they need room capacity, if any extra they should charge otherwise they shouldn’t be charging. I need explanation from hotel management and refund.“

„Dishonest Staff and Poor Service: The staff are dishonest and overcharge customers to make personal profits. They frequently provide a twin bed room while charging for a single bed room. This kind of behavior is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to others.“

„Fist of all the pictures they posted is parliament building. The Sid room service which they don’t have. If you pay for breakfast, then you have to go to the next building restaurant. They offer parking, it is on the sidewalk of the street. I paid Ts 6000. It’s don’t even worth Rs800. What a rip off 🙆‍♂️“
