„Overall, this hotel looks good. Apart from cleanliness, hygiene. Not all rooms have a window that can be opened or there is no window to open at all. The windows are so dirty that you can hardly see anything outside. The rooms are cleaned with some smelly chemicals/Grand Suite room/. „Typically as expected inline with similar 3* hotels in Sylhet Town. Room with double bed was fine clean and reasonable but no natural light as windows blocked by wall/adjacent building. Bathroom needs an upgrade as poor quality. Be sure to insist on room with town view. Dining facilities fine and staff helpful over generous buffet breakfast (included) Roof terrace/pool disappointing and urgently needs an upgrade to look smart and attractive. „Great location, plenty to do within walking distance such as shopping, dinning, ATM machines. Also its very easy to find CNG / Rickshaw right outside the hotel. The staff are welcoming, the rooftop pool was nice (not heated), The sauna is good but takes about an hour to fully heat up. The gym was ok for cardio but the heaviest dumbbells are 10kg - however, there is a local gym down the road 4 min walk.
