„Not having someone at the front desk was inconvenient“

„Immaculately clean, new hotel. Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with a very friendly breakfast attendant. Thanks for going above and beyond! This is always our go to hotel when in Eau Claire.“

„This hotel was at the same time the best, but in ecological respect our worst hotel during our trip. Porcelain and glass have been produced for some time and could be used. Why are there only disposable items for breakfast in this hotel? Dishwashers are already invented. Please remove all references to ecological behaviour from Holiday Inn, because this is not true.“

„Very niiiiice!“

„I didn’t like the front desk person I had spoken with when we got to the hotel the first time. „WE STAY HERE EVERY YEAR BEFORE WE ATTEND OUR YEARLY MUSIC FESTIVAL. WE MEET UP WITH FELLOW MUSIC LOVERS AND ENJOY THE LOCAL FOOD AND ATTRACTIONS. THE HOTEL IS CLEAN, QUIET WELL EQUIPPED FOR OUR NEEDS AND THE STAFF IS FANTASTIC. LOVE THAT THEY HAVE BBQ TO USE AND IS NEAR BY TO EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED IN A SHORT WALK IF NEEDED.“

„we liked staying there for 4 nights “

„Dishwasher was broken, light burned out in bathroom, tv screen failed multiple times, bugs in window by pool, breakfast was poor quality. Room was dark even with lights on.“

„It’s ok“

„Very comfortable beds with very thin walls…“

„Nice location, clean“
