„The cabin is very nice. It is in good shape. It is well decorated. It is very comfy, and it has everything you could possibly need. It is very close to the town of Wilmington, hiking trails, fishing, pond, lakes, and rivers. Sarah, the owner, was very responsive to any questions or needs. There’s a very nice eclectic restaurant in Wilmington that we really enjoyed called Jezebel. There is a high likelihood we would be coming back at some point in the future.“

„My husband and I wanted a relaxing few days to get away from our hectic lives. This small cabin was perfect, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Reading a book on the screened in porch with a cup of coffee was my favorite part. It is a quiet place in the woods but close to many small and quaint towns to visit in Vermont. The Newfane Store a few miles down the road was a great place to grab a coffee and meal. I also really appreciate that I could bring my dog. Many thanks for a warm and cozy ...

„The house was a very cute ski cabin-y feeling vacation spot with a gorgeous view of the reservoir. Location was great- not too far from the center of Wilmington. And a drive through the mountains/National Forest away from the other cities/tourist areas near Bennington. It snowed while we were staying and the owners stayed on top of plowing so we could drive in and out - they weren't kidding about needing 4WD to get in and out in the winter. Overall, we'd come back in a heartbeat“

„Beautiful views from all the windows, quiet, private, clean and comfortable! Well worth a three day stay in October with all the leaves changing colors. Kayaks provided were so appreciated, allowing us to paddle around the whole lake and enjoy the colors and views even more. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were ideal for my elderly mother. Great towns within easy drive, lots to explore!“

„This is a beautiful log cabin! Setting is quiet and picturesque and easy to find. The house is well maintained and has everything you need. We cooked in all nights and enjoyed the firepit in the cool spring weather. On arrival house was immaculate, beds made and towels set out. They provide a book of brochures on what to do in the area. Not to miss- the North River bakery right down the street! They have a great selection and even have prepared family meals to go. We will be staying again!“

„We loved our stay at the chalet. It's perfectly situated in the cutest little neighborhood, while also feeling very secluded. The chalet had everything we needed for our stay. While visiting we walked a few of the trails nearby, part of the Valley Trail and the Hoot, Toot and Whistle. They were both perfect for our pups, especially during hunting season. We gave our pups an extra squeeze in honor of Scarlet. Thank you for sharing your place with us! We would love to stay again!!“
