The Space:

There's plenty of room to spread out in this beach retreat, designed with comfort and gathering in mind. Each bedroom features its own AC unit, allowing guests to customize their comfort throughout their stay, while the spacious bedrooms and generous closets provide plenty of room to unpack and settle in. The primary bedroom offers direct access to the backyard, making it easy to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or step outside and unwind after a day at the beach.



The open living and dining areas create a welcoming space for spending time together. The kitchen bar seats six guests, while the dining table accommodates six more, making it easy to gather for meals, game nights, and conversations with family and friends.



Outside, the fully fenced backyard offers a private space to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Stretch out in the hammock, challenge your group to a game of cornhole, mini golf, or ping pong, or simply enjoy the outdoor setting. Upstairs, the patio provides another inviting gathering space where you can take in views of the Atlantic Ocean while enjoying the fire pit, grill, and comfortable seating. It's the perfect spot for cookouts, evening drinks, and making memories after a day spent exploring Amelia Island.



Each bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so pack light! Each sink in unit will come with hand soap, as well as bath towels , hand, and wash rags. Your reservation will include a starter pack of dish detergent and laundry detergent pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand/wash rags for dishes, dish soaps, and a sponge.



Guest Access:

Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located on the north end of Amelia Island, this home is just a 2-3 minute walk from the beach and about a 7-10 minute walk from Main Beach Park. Enjoy easy access to playgrounds, volleyball courts, picnic areas, miniature golf, and restaurants. Fort Clinch State Park is just a short drive away, offering scenic trails, fishing, wildlife viewing, and historic sites. Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach is also nearby for local dining, shopping, and waterfront views.



Getting Around:

Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION: All properties are self-check-in You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival

DEPOSIT INFORMATION: The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

OTHER FEES: Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit

All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival. We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown and a staff member will be available to you Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for urgent matters.
