Steps to the Sand! 3-Story Beach House w/ Elevator

Unbeatable Jax Beach house location! Just steps to the beach (2 houses back from ocean and public beach access) 3 min drive to Whole foods, shopping, popular restaurants, 1 min walk to fabulous park with playground, tennis, basketball, and fast hwy access (10 min drive to the Mayo Clinic). The 3-story layout ensures everyone has plenty of space and privacy and all four bedrooms have their own dedicated bathrooms. Elevator, wheelchair-friendly with 1st floor handicap accessible wet bathroom (originally designed for a family member with ALS), and parking for 4 vehicles. Additional street parking 1 block away. The ground floor has two bedrooms: one queen bed with ensuite wet bathroom and one with two XL twin beds with designated bathroom. The wet bath comes with a premium bidet toilet. A washer, dryer, and vacuum are provided on the first floor for guest use. The second floor has an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with a half bathroom. The dining table seats four with six additional kitchen island counter stools. The kitchen is stocked with the basics: salt and pepper, olive oil, blender, Ninja Foodi multi-cooker, drip coffee machine, pour over coffee set, stainless steel pots, and baking sheet. Guests are welcome to sit and relax on the second floor outdoor patio area with new gas grill. On the third floor you will find the primary suite with a king-sized tempur-pedic bed, ensuite bath and walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom. Guests are welcome to use the garage which can fit two mid-sized SUVs. Outside on the south side of the house you will find a hose and behind the gate an outdoor shower to rinse off after long beach days. A pair of beach chairs and a beach umbrella in addition to beach towels are provided. High-speed fiber WiFi, elevator access, TVs located in all bedrooms except the first floor queen bedroom, keyless self check-in, and full linens also included. You will be in close proximity to several grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Publix). Some of our favorite nearby restuarants include Grouper Shack, Florida Juice Bowl, O-ku, V's pizza, and more! A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in. No pets, parties, or smoking allowed.
