Sleeping arrangements
The villa offers three king bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. The primary suite on the main level features a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub, while the two upstairs bedrooms include ensuite baths. One of the upper rooms opens onto a private balcony, offering a peaceful spot to take in the quiet setting. With three and a half baths in total, there’s plenty of space for everyone to start and end their day with ease.

Living areas
Spanning more than 2,500 square feet, the open living and dining areas blend gathering and relaxation. A flat-screen TV and game table provide options for movie nights or friendly competition, while ambient lighting and soft furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a double oven. You’ll find cooking basics, dishes, and silverware ready for casual breakfasts or home-cooked dinners. The space flows naturally to the patio, allowing for easy indoor-outdoor living.

Outdoor living
Step out to the private patio overlooking the pond, where you can grill dinner on the BBQ or unwind in the evening air. The community pool is close by for a refreshing swim or a relaxing afternoon. Located inside the private, gated community of The Players Club (TPC), not Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Guests may book their own golf, tennis and/or pickle ball reservations at nearby facilities
