Amelia Plantation is gorgeous. Property is excellent and well maintained. Beds are comfortable. My wife and I want to come back again. This place is well worth the almost 500 mile drive.

Absolutely perfect place to stay! The Unit had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. My niece was happy to have her own bed with the pull out sofa. The thing was we wished it had at least one more short backpack chair for the beach. We would stay here again for sure!

Absolutely wonderful!

We had an amazing time on Amelia Island, and Johanna helped to make our trip wonderful! The condo was stocked with everything we needed, was clean, cozy and quiet. They talk about location in real estate, and this condo was definitely the perfect location. It overlooked the beach and ocean, so we had amazing sunrise and moonrise views from our balcony. Johanna even had binoculars available for us to use for dolphin watching. And the condo is located at the end of the building, so it was nice and quiet. Very peaceful! We will definitely be staying here again!

Best Host Ever, Johanna is Over the Top!!

This is my husband and I's second time staying in this condo. We loved it so much the first time that we came back again. The direct ocean view from the balcony is fabulous and so peaceful! Johanna was such a pleasure to work with again. She is definitely over the top as a host and pays special attention to her guests needs. We brought our electric bikes this year and had a great time riding all over the bike trails and beach. Thanks again Johanna!!

Wonderful Stay

We (me, husband, and two 13 year olds) had a great time in the condo. Beautiful and relaxing view from the balcony. This was definitely a home away from home with the amenities in place. We didnt need to get anything extra and appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, sunscreen, and even the binoculars to scope out the boats on the horizon. The location was quiet and relaxing (even with someone blasting music our first night...we couldnt hear it once inside). Check-in was well communicated by Johanna. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Beautiful view and plenty to do!

We had a fabulous time at Sandcastles. We loved all of the resort offerings and there was so much to do in the area. We had everything we needed in the villa and were quite comfortable. The weather was a little chilly and windy (typical for March and early April) and Johanna went above and beyond to be sure we stayed comfortable and had plenty to do. There are so many thoughtful and convenient touches in the villa. We also took full advantage of the available laundry room on our floor and the ice machine downstairs. We can’t wait to go back!

Great location and views of the ocean

Rented the unit for our daughter’s wedding. Accommodations were perfect! Very clean and comfortable. Access to the beach and pool are very easy. Balcony offers the perfect sunrise.
