The enclosed Florida room extends the living space with panoramic views over the second fairway - a sheltered spot to read, work, or simply watch the day unfold.

Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and dishes you need to prepare meals at your own pace. This property is located within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. Club amenities are private - guests have access to the community pool and the beach access point only. There is no parking at the beach access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private, member-only club. Guest access is Not Included.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return it along with a photo ID that matches your reservation to finalize your booking.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
