Guests should expect loud daytime construction noise, dust, workers and equipment on site, potential view obstruction, changing conditions, and the possibility of temporary access restrictions to certain areas or floors. While rentals are permitted during this time, construction conditions are disruptive and are outside of our control. Rental rates reflect the uncertainty and risk associated with booking during an active construction period.
