The unit spans the 1st and 2nd floors of a 4-unit building. Both bedrooms have queen beds. There's a full bath upstairs and a half bath on the ground floor — a practical layout so two people can get ready at the same time. The private entrance is on the ground floor; look for the letter D next to the door. It's a clean, comfortable layout built for a low-key beach trip, not a luxury resort.

The fully stocked kitchen handles full meals — refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and pantry basics including salt, pepper, and olive oil. A Keurig with K-cups is ready on arrival. For longer stays, the in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and not run out of clean clothes. The backyard grill is ideal for cooking out after a beach day.

Step outside and Salt Life Food Shack is a 5-minute walk — fresh seafood with a surf-culture vibe. Mellow Mushroom is right there too, 5 minutes on foot, with wood-fired pizza and craft beer. Refinery Jax Beach, one of the area's best oceanview dining spots, is a 7-minute walk. The Jacksonville Beach Pier, a local landmark for fishing and sunrise walks, is 12 minutes on foot.

This is North Jacksonville Beach — a lively stretch with beach cruisers, surfers, and runners out year-round. Expect ambient neighborhood energy and activity, especially on summer weekends. It's a great fit if you want to be in the middle of it. Publix is a 2-minute drive for groceries. Mayo Clinic is 10 minutes by car. Free parking is on the premises.
