Neighborhood Overview:

This Amelia Surf & Racquet Club condo is located along a picturesque tree-canopy road towards the south end of the island. It is within walking distance of the Ritz Carlton Hotel via either the beach or a shaded sidewalk.

Within a mile or two, there is a Harris Teeter grocery store and several great restaurants such as Pogo’s, Lagniappe, and Marche Burette. The Omni Amelia Island Resort and Ritz Carlton are also close by – you can access many of their amenities such as restaurants, the the Ritz spa, and the Omni’s marsh front golf course even though the Surf & Racquet Club has no affiliation with them.

North of the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club, you will find Main Beach which features the Salt Life and Sandbar Kitchen restaurants, a playground, and beachside putt putt golf. From there, Amelia Island`s downtown historic district is just a short drive down Atlantic Avenue. There you will find plenty of wonderful restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and local culture. Fort Clinch State Park is also located along Atlantic Avenue. The park features the 19th century Fort Clinch (still open to the public for tours), a great beach, and lots of beautiful trails for hiking or biking.

Amelia Island State Park and the Big & Little Talbot State Parks are all located to the south of Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. Boneyard Beach in Big Talbot State Park is extremely unique and worth a trip. The oceanfront Kelly’s Seahorse Ranch is located adjacent to Amelia Island State Park and offers guided beach horseback rides.

Getting Around:

• Amelia Island is a small area and is easy to navigate! There is free parking available throughout the entire island, making driving very easy to any place you choose to visit.
• Bike rentals are available at `The Beach Store`. Riptide Watersports also delivers bikes and other beach gear. Sunsetters offers beach rentals, picnics and seasonal bonfires.

Other Information:

• Guests will have full access to all common areas of the Surf & Racquet Club, including the two pools, multiple barbeque areas, four tennis courts, and two beach walkovers.
• Thoughtfully appointed with your comfort in mind, the condo is outfitted with an iron and ironing board, luggage rack, hair dryer, beach towels, and a well-stocked kitchen.
• Parking: There are no assigned parking spaces. Surf And Racket club. Has a large parking lot and an area for overflow parking.
• Guest Access: Self check-in via a coded smart lock.
• Per the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club rules, pets are prohibited on the entire property.

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM – Please do not arrive prior to the check in time without prior approval.
• Checkout: 10:00 AM
• Self check-in with keypad.
• No smoking or drug use on the property
• No parties, weddings or events of any kind
• No pets allowed
• Quiet hours for the building are 10pm-10am.

Check In: Check-in is 4:00pm.
If you need an early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate. Our cleaners are working hard to get it ready for your arrival.

Check-Out: Check-out time is scheduled by 10:00 am . Late check-outs must be pre-approved, are not guaranteed.

Check-Out Procedure: We ask that you leave the premises in the same general condition as it was found. Please do the following upon check-out:
1) Bag your garbage and take it to the dumpsters.
2) Leave all sheets and other bedding on its assigned bed. Place dirty towels in a neat pile on the bathroom floors.
3) Wash dirty dishes or place in dishwasher and start the wash cycle. Do not leave dirty dishes in unit.
4) Leave all furniture arranged as originally found.
5) Check all drawers and closets for personal items. Disconnect from any streaming accounts.
6) Clean out all refrigerators and freezers.
7) Lock all doors behind you.

Property inspections will be made after check-out.

Property Descriptions: Rates, descriptions, bed sizes, inventories, and furnishings are subject to change without notice. Neither the rental agent nor the owner will be obligated to provide replacements or give refunds for failure or absence of any items.

Pool Rules (from the Condo Association):
- Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- WARNING: NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- Shower before entering the pool.
- Bathing suits only.
- Children under 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
- No diving.
- No glass in pool or on pool deck.
- Emergency assistance: call 911.

Linens/Towels & Supplies: A limited number of bath, beach, and kitchen towels are provided. A starter supply of paper products and soap will be supplied in your unit. You will be responsible for additional supplies during your stay.

Events: Guests are not permitted to hold events at the house. An event is defined as any gathering of people over the maximum occupancy of the unit(s) you are renting. If a guest is found to have held an unauthorized event at the property as defined above, they are subject to immediate eviction with no refund and/or fines for the damage or use of the property for such event.
