„Wanted to tey a tiny home for a few days and this was perfect. Very quiet. We didn't have time to explore in nature as we had busy schedule. Would absolutely stay here. Brought a laptop to watch a little tv late nights. We learned a few lessons on what we might want from a tiny house and had a great time doing it. Communication was great. “

„Loved the location. The stairs are steep so not good with kids or those with joint issue. I asked to see the garden twice with no response from host so I was disappointed with that. The air conditioning units in windows cooled the place effectively. Facility provided everything you needed. Loved that we could bring our pets! There is a pet deposit that is not mentioned in listing so be aware of that. Overall enjoyed our stay. “

„My hunny and I extended our stay in Texas by a weekend here at the lake. We had no idea how well we chose our location! This is a great little home and property. The best part was the cool afternoon breeze. After several hot afternoons in Tyler we were delighted to be able to enjoy our time relaxing outside on the deck or dock.“

„We came into town for an event in Palestine and had a fantastic stay! The home was exceptionally well equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved all the new friends we made throughout the farm. The property is stunning and thoughtfully designed.The pool was wonderful and watching the baby foal play was so much fun.Rose is a gracious host, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year!“

„The place that has it all. Room for large family to never feel on top of each other. Constant fun for all ages to enjoy the days and the nights. Well-kept landscaping surrounding a spread out, awesomely structured home. Even if you have complaints, this place makes you happy! Highly recommend anyone with a large family from 62 to 4 years of age, its hard to beat:)“

„Perfect set up. The bunk rooms are in the attached “boathouse”. Boys loved having “their own house”. Fire pit is on a cement patio, which was very nice. Gas grill was great. Huge back porch, two docks to fish and overall very nice house in a great neighborhood only 5 min from the grocery store. Loft stairs are steep so watch your step. Huge grassy area to play and very friendly people in the community. “

„We were in town for a funeral so this was a great place to gather family and be able to spend time together. The beds were so incredibly comfortable when we retired for the evening. During the rest of the time, the living area is all about togetherness! We appreciated the ability to all be able to sit around the dinner table and reminisce and celebrate our loved one’s life! We also loved the backyard and appreciated the beautiful view from the pool and hot tub.“

„The property is beautiful. We love the beautiful flooring and farmhouse feel.Unfortunately for us it rained the whole time so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors much. My boys did get to play on the putting green just a bit which they loved! „This is a nice place for large groups or families. With 6 bedrooms, there was ample space for everyone in our large group to have their own space. The house is tucked away and was a slight challenge to find, but once we found it, there were no issues. The views of the lake are amazing as well.“
