„The house was a little old and had a funny smell. The grass was in desperate need of cutting. There were people above us that you could hear walking around and I was by myself part of the time, so it was kind of creepy. But overall, it served the purpose. It was close to the beach (walking distance) and had good parking for two cars.If I had any questions, the host responded quickly. “

„I wanted an oceanfront condo with a pool and this one worked out well. The murphy bed was very comfortable and unit was very clean. I just sold my last rental property in the area so the only suggestion I would make to the owners is to add a grab bar in the shower. “

„As others stated you really should get the door fixed as well as the door on storage locker. Both fell off hinges. Some longer screws in door frame would fix. If you moved keypad over this would also help. A suggestion would be to add a few extra blankets or throws on couch and chair. Other than this everything was good. Beds were comfortable but my husband likes it cooler so I would have appreciated an extra blanket. “

„The townhome is nicely decorated and with lots of space. Clean kitchen, rooms and linens. Kitchen has plates and coffee cups but no paper towels, forks, or dish sponges. It is located only 2 small blocks from the beach. The streets surrounding the home are under construction. Overall it is a nice duplex with lots of rooms and space for many people.
