Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage waiver: A $129 property protection plan is required for all reservations, covering up to $5,000 in damages (including carpet stains and broken housewares). This will be posted to your account at checkout. Please inform SRSC of any damages during your stay to begin the claim process.

Important Information

• Guests must be 25+ to check in.
• This is a non-smoking property. Any violation will result in immediate termination of occupancy and a minimum fine of $500.
• End-of-stay cleaning is not included but is available for an additional charge.
• Pets are not permitted as standard but may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us prior to booking to enquire.
• Please note that bed types and sizes may vary.
