The WORST travel experience by far. If i could rate it zero stars, I would. I booked this hotel for my boyfriend as he’d been driving 15 hours and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. I paid for the reservation online in full prior to arrival. Once arriving to the posted address, he was advised that the location was closed and they moved up the street. Upon arrival to the new address, he was denied check in and told there were no rooms. After calling Oyo customer service, they tried to reach the location by phone to address the issue to which they couldn’t get an answer. From there, all the support offered was they would “escalate the issue and get back to me”. While asking when they would have a solution, I was advised 48 HOURS. I then contacted Expedia, who also tried to contact the property multiple times with no success. This location was terrible and customer support was absolutely useless. NEVER recommend staying with this hotel under any circumstances.
