This stunning estate, completely rebuilt to modern standards, boasts 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and offers 340 square meters of living space on a sprawling 5000 square meter lot in the forest, ensuring ultimate privacy and sophistication.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a grand saloon featuring soaring ceilings and exquisite custom woodwork, highlighting the exceptional craftsmanship found throughout the home.

The spacious living areas, bathed in natural light, showcase custom-designed furniture that creates an ambiance of sophistication and comfort. The grand 120m² saloon with wood beam ceilings seamlessly connects to a fully furnished gourmet open kitchen. This kitchen, a chef's delight, features an island, wine bar, and a dining table for 12, all fitted with state-of-the-art Miele appliances and granite countertops. The entire lower floor is equipped with a built-in Sonos audio system, enhancing your living experience.

Other things to note
The house is best suited for family stays and relaxed gatherings. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults across the main bedrooms, plus up to 4 children who can share the open sleeping space.

For larger groups, please check with me directly before booking. Kindly note that I reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the group size or purpose of stay does not align with the house rules.

Our chalet, nestled deep within a forest, boasts its own pond fed by mountain water. This idyllic retreat lies near the village of Heřmanice v Podještědí, just 25 km from Liberec, and close to the borders of Germany and Poland. There is plenty to keep you and your family entertained year-round.

The family-friendly Malevil Golf Resort, located next door, offers a wide range of facilities:

This region is perfect for mountain hiking, cycling, and cross-country skiing in the winter. The Jested ski area is just a 25-minute drive away. In the winter, you can even skate on our own pond! During the summer, you can cool off in a hidden forest lake or the nearby Lake Kristina, or enjoy picking mushrooms, berries, and much more. You can also just take your favourite book and relax by our pond or watch for the deers running past the house.
