„Many times to Mexico, first time to Ixtapa. The area itself is beautiful with lots to see and do over our 2 week stay. The Bay View Grand Marina is perfectly situated and extremely well-maintained. Our unit was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our getaway. The owner and his Property Manager team were super professional and quick to respond with answers to questions or handle any minor issues. We felt cared about and looked after. We are already loking forward to returning!“

„This was out 3rd stay. The condo and the property are well cared for. The staff, from security to the front desk to the restaurant are lovely and very helpful. The team managing the condo are very responive in answering any questions. The condo location is great and adjacent to the marina which has a small sundry and also a liquor store which is an easy walk. Walking home from dinner out in Ixtapa in the evening felt very safe. „The pool was very nice, great location. Able to walk to many places like the playa la ropa beach, oxxo. And many busses near us. Many great restaurants around, nice air conditioning, and very good balcony view. Also good for about three people. Overall very very good stay.“

„This place was clean, decorated nicely and nothing was broken or damaged. The beds were comfortable and the upstairs outdoor area was perfect. We rarely sat inside and used the upstairs daily. Could here the waves on the top deck.2 minute walk to the beach and the host was fast to responded when we had questions. Would not hesittate to come back again“
