„This is supposed to be a top rated resort in Ixtapa. We paid for the All-Inclusive and it was a disappointing. The resort only has 4 restaurants where you can have dinner and 3 of those are considered “specialty”. We were only allowed to dine once at each of the restaurants during our 7 day stay. The quality of the food overall was not good. And you couldn’t eat poolside, like what? Also, my bed was hard as a rock. They did put a topper on the mattress after I complained. The walk to the pool ...

You can participate in activities and eat there, but you are not forces and nice beach restaurants and others are just a few minutes away. The whole place is in top shape and exceptionally nice. Staff throughout amazing and good in English. “
