„Es un lugar accesible, cómodo, con buen espacio para estacionarse. La recepción es más bien fría, entiendo que no es un hotel como tal sino un lugar para estancias largas pero eso no le quita que el personal asignado sea más amable, atento y no tan frío solo dando la llave y una que otra indicación entre dientes mal vestido y con cierto enfado. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y bastante cómodas con limpieza muy buena. La estancia fue muy grata excepto por esa recepción ya mencionada. “

„Comodidad instalaciones para estar en contacto con la naturaleza, lo que no nos gustó es que la limpieza es pésima, no es buena, como que nada más barren y medio limpian la taza de baño, a nosotros nos tocó quedarnos en una villa cerca de los residuos de basura, y la villa se nos llenó de moscas!!“

„Things we loved- location was within walking distance to all the great restaurants on Calle 47. The house is a gorgeous colonial that feels like an art museum with many hidden treasures throughout. The pool area is a wonderful place to hang and relax. The home is very large and would suit larger groups comfortably. Everything was clean and well maintained. „Lugar simples, mas muito bem cuidado, limpo e cheiroso. Fica a 250 metros do terminal ADO, de ônibus para zona hoteleira e de um mercado OXXO que dá para tomar café. Tem vários restaurantes locais próximos e também o parque de las palapas. O quarto é de fácil acesso, banheiro limpo, chuveiro quente e a cama bem confortável. Só não tem janelas. Ficamos uma noite mas voltaria a me hospedar. O anfitrião responde rápido e o self check in funciona bem.“

On the way to the apartment the manager informed me due to a "double booking" the room isn't available anymore.

„Within walking distance of everything in the Centro. The pool was amazing! Very private. Great communication with the host. We were in awe of the modern style of the building and how it was decorated. Visited the beach twice during our stay. Can't believe how inexpensive it was to Uber around the area.“

„My wife and I had a wonderful experience here. Our hosts and their team went out of their way to make sure we always had everything we needed. Communication was always nice and fast. The place itself was even more beautiful than the pictures, we felt right at home, and our expectations were exceeded by far. "Schönes Zimmer, sehr ruhig und sauber. Nachts war keine Klimaanlage nötig. Im Hotel gibt es ein Restaurant für Frühstück und Abendessen. Das haben wir aber nicht genutzt.
Innenstadt und kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Parken wird vom Hotelpersonal übernommen. Würden definitiv wieder kommen."

"Hotel en los límites del centro con buenas conexiones de transporte. Las recámaras muy espaciosas. El personal de recepción amable y servicial.
Es una pena que no tengan restaurante. En las cercanías No hay cafetería ni posibilidad de comer algo.
Recomendaría incluyan detalles básicos en las habitaciones como: vasos, tapete para regadera, secadora de pelo, cafetera."

"This hotel didn‘t really offer a customer oriented experience. I have medicaments that needed to be in the fridge, the hotel policy instead of storing my medicament free of charge, they only offered me to rent a fridge for an additional price!! I traveled many kilometers in the earth carrying my medicines, and in all hotels I have had always a possibility to store free of charge my medicament! Warning: That means people with special needs won“t have a customer oriented experience, I have been in many hotels worldwide and even without fridge, no need to pay extra for renting a fridge! In addition the menu in the breakfast was basic, no fresh fruit, non-natural juice from X brand served in the breakfast, the main dish was OK. The waiter and some personal were taking care and very attentive, however in our only night we spent there we were stang by many mosquitoes (we understand it is a region dominated by such creatures, but they don‘t really care about guests being stung, no mosquito spray was in our room or perhaps was done our room in the hurry! No motivation to repeat the experience here, the great thing was that is located close to the airport."
