„One reason we took this property was the views of jerusalem from the 9th floor and the fact that Jaffa Rd has no vehicular traffic except for the light rail. When we arrived the windows were filthy. Management addressed this when notified. Pedestrian noise lasted well into the night.“

Some lights and hot water didnt work half the time. Our parking spot was given to someone else by the property owner. We had to use paid parking. The owner became unresponsive for days. Etc.“
