"This property is one of the most beautiful places we visited in Nicaragua. The entire complex is very well maintained, the architecture is stunning, and everything is thoughtfully designed and arranged. You can see that a lot of care has gone into creating a peaceful and beautiful environment. We were able to completely relax and enjoy our time there. For anyone looking for nature, tranquility, and a special place to stay, this property is truly exceptional.
However, there is one downside: the communication with the staff member on site was unfortunately very difficult. He does not speak English, and his Spanish is also very hard to understand, even for people who speak Spanish. Even when we used a translator to write messages in Spanish, he often did not seem to understand what we were asking.
Because of this, it was sometimes unclear what we were allowed to use and what we were not. This is definitely something that should be improved, as it does not match the otherwise excellent quality of the property.
Aside from that, the place is absolutely beautiful and highly recommended."
