„We had an ok stay. Overall there was a lot more good than bad.
Positives:
- Room and the rest of the hotel were nicely decorated, and more modern style than most nearby hotels
- Cleanliness was good and the room was serviced efficiently
- Breakfast was very good quality and the standard was fairly consistent
- Three EV chargers and lots of parking. All chargers were Type 2, so if your car needs a CHAdeMO connector then you're out of luck, but they are uncommon now anyway. Charger was expensive ...

„Liked everything with one exception. We had booked a superior double room. Upon arrival we were told we were being upgraded. The room was dominated by a super king size bed. There were 4 large lamps and 2 overhead bedside lamps. However no chair and no fridge. I enquired and unfortunately they did not have a spare fridge. I expected a chair and fridge in a superior room.“

„The room its self was clean but very tired. It was very cold as the window/door lets in a draught (old building) but we were provided with a large blanket on arrival but the electric fire in the room was more for decoration rather than heat.
The staff were happy to help with our requests for extra towels and coffee.
It was a very unique experience.“

„The hotel is close to the hovercraft ferry. I had to call someone to check in, since the reception is not staffed all the time. I was traveling by bicycle and they have a shed for safe storage. The breakfast is chosen from a menu with a few options. Restaurants are about a 10 minute walk away. The shower had very low waterflow. “
